Sergey N.Fridinsky was born in 1958 in Kuybyshev. In 1980, he graduated from the Military Institute, military legal faculty majoring in law.

1975-1976 – packer at military warehouse 167 of the Trans-Caucasian Military Command, Tbilisi, Georgian SSR

1976-1980 – cadet of the military legal faculty, Military Institute, Moscow

1980-1985 – investigator, senior investigator, assistant, senior assistant to the Military Prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Garrison, Siberian Command, Krasnoyarsk

1985-1989 – military prosecutor of the Investigative Division, senior assistant – Chief of the Division of General Supervision of the Military Prosecutor’s Office, Siberian Command, Novosibirsk

1989-1993 – military prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Garrison, Siberian Command, Krasnoyarsk

1993-1997 – First Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Trans-Baikal Command, Chita

1997-2000 – Military Prosecutor of the North-Caucasian Command, Rostov-on-Don

2000-2006 – Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation

Since 2006-to the present day – Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation – Chief Military Prosecutor.

Awards: Order of Merit, Order of Military Merit, medal “70th Anniversary of the USSR Armed Forces”.

He is 1st Class State Counselor of Justice.
